Isolation Animation
Isolation Animation is a collaborative animated film, organised by Ruck Ducker.
A group of artists were asked to explore the theme of ‘life in lockdown’ via a short animation. The final frame of their animated section would be passed to the next artist, who would use the frame as a starting point for their animation. They would then pass on their final frame to the next artist - and so on.
Was really good fun and the end result is an abstract snapshot of how the group felt at the start of the pandemic. Here’s my segment of the film - where i explored the idea of an alien intercepting an SOS call for loo roll!
